I spent two nights at the Harbour in Salcombe and had a lovely time. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic and made sure my kids felt special with thoughtful gestures like breakfast treats. Loved the access to the beach. it was a perfect spot for my son to play football. The double room was comfortable, and the privacy it offered enhanced our stay. there were a few hitches. The smoking area outside our room compromised our privacy, and the cleanliness wasn't up to par. We found an unfinished biscuit in the cupboard, and the Nespresso machine’s water tank needed cleaning. The rude front desk staff made things worse when I raised the cleaning issue, which felt unacceptable given the price I paid for two nights. The pool was a bit small, too. more than three kids made it cramped. the hospitality and beach location were fantastic, but cleanliness and staff attitude need attention.

Stunning views from the balconies and ample access to the beach provided a fantastic backdrop for relaxation. The spa facilities included luxurious treatment options that left me feeling rejuvenated, with the jacuzzi being a personal favorite.
Breakfast selection fell short, with lukewarm, lackluster options that left something to be desired. Sourcing vegetarian options proved limiting, and I noticed small discrepancies in food quality at dinner. Timing issues arose with dining experiences, as I encountered disorganized service that impeded the flow of meals, distracting from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere. the overly steep stairs leading to the muster point during fire drills were treacherous at night, raising concerns about overall safety in such scenarios.

Couples looking for luxury and relaxation
The spa facilities were just fantastic, I mean really. We spent hours soaking in the jacuzzi and enjoying the treatments, it felt like being reborn, you get me? Plus, the room we had had this beautiful view of the hills, privacy was a major plus, we even caught the sunset there. It was serene, peaceful, just like it should be.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, it was acceptable.

We spent two amazing nights in a room with stunning views and loved the fantastic spa services. The indoor pool and relaxing outdoor jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only downside was the partial sea view from our room, which didn’t match our expectations, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊

our room was super clean and we loved being on the beach. sitting on the balcony with a drink was really nice. the hotel had a good layout and the pool was good too, although the sauna was way too hot. also appreciated the complimentary gin in our room.
the steam room was more hot than steamy and the breakfast selection was kinda disappointing. we also had issues with the parking since there were works going on.

We stayed in a Queen Room with Sea View. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was powerful—definitely a highlight! Loved the decor too. The room felt cozy and nice, especially with such great views. Just wish the air con was a bit better as it got stuffy at times. really enjoyed the vibe.
